We always strive to bring our customers the best possible offers and deals whilst ensuring to operate fair commercial practices without misleading our customers.
The price of the Goods shall be the price set out in the Order, or, if no price is quoted the price set out in the Seller’s published price list in force as at the date of delivery.
The Seller may, by giving notice to the Customer at any time before delivery, increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost of the Goods that is due to:
- any factor beyond the Seller’s control (including foreign exchange fluctuations, increases in taxes and duties, and increases in labor, materials and other manufacturing costs);
- any request by the Customer to change the delivery date(s), quantities or types of Goods ordered, or the Specification; or
- any delay caused by any instructions of the Customer or failure of the Customer to give the Seller adequate or accurate information or instructions.
VAT and Shipping Charges
All delivery prices are quoted on a “carriage and insurance paid to (CIP Destination)” basis which includes freight charges to the destination, packaging costs and insurance for loss or damage during transit. The total delivery cost excludes customs clearance charges, import duties and taxes which are normally collected separately from the recipient in the destination country. You may be subject to local taxes, import, customs and/or similar duties for which you carry sole responsibility. Customs policies are different in every country; therefore you should contact your national customs office for more information. Please be aware that you are the responsible importer and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods and/or services.
The price of the Goods (together with any additional charges for delivery, as applicable) shall be payable in full in cleared funds upon placement of an Order and before delivery of the Goods. Payment shall be made in the manner and/or to the bank account nominated by the Seller. Time of payment is of the essence.
The Customer shall pay all amounts due under the Contract in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (except for any deduction or withholding required by law). The Seller may at any time, without limiting any other rights or remedies it may have, set off any amount owing to it by the Customer against any amount payable by the Seller to the Customer.
